The high-quality spice blends Chefs´ Touch are the result of a collaboration with the award-winning Czech chef Marek Fichtner, a judge in the top ranks of the MasterChef cooking competition, and the chef at Prague’s Červený Jelen. He teamed up with German Michelin-star chef Patrik Jaroš and together they created the perfect final seasoning for both the kitchen and the grill for all types of dishes.

In this blend you will find carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to prepare unique dishes for this year’s barbecue. Try the combination of spicy Kampot pepper, delicate salt blossom, and chili-infused sugar, which gives your dark meat dishes the much-loved taste of sweet spiciness.

Ingredients

Black pepper, when ground, releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime peel.

They gradually transform into a straightforward aroma with evolving fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, which is accompanied by hints of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil full of minerals.

Composition: Black Kampot pepper 36 %, salt 29 %, sugar 14.5 %, crushed chilli 8.5 %, dried onion 5.5 %, dried garlic 5.5 %.
