Ingredience 400 ml mandlového mléka 200 ml rýžové smetany 2 žloutky 1 pravý vanilkový lusk kůra z pomeranče (nezapomeňte ji omýt) špetka skořice sladidlo dle chuti (čekanka / med) rum volitelně bílý a Kampotský pepř (podle chuti) Postup 1) Zahřívej mléko, smetanu, vanilku, pomerančovou kůru a skořici na cca 65–70 °C (nesmí se vařit). 2) Žloutky rozmíchej se sladidlem, přilij část horké směsi a vše vrať do hrnce. 3) Ještě krátce prohřej do lehce krémové konzistence a sundej z ohně.
