Beneath the hard shell of each Kampot pepper ball lies a wealth of flavors and aromas.

However, they need to be freed, meaning the ball must be crushed. For this purpose, the Grinder works best, with which crushing the pepper is simple, fast and allows to keep the entire process under control. In this way, you can easily influence whether the dish will be spicier due to the pepper or, on the contrary, have a more distinctive Kampot pepper flavor.

This double grinder has become a bestseller, and it's no wonder. It combines in itself quality materials, practicality and well-executed design. The greatest advantage of this grinder is its construction, which immediately includes two chambers and two grinding mechanisms. It can thus be filled with two types of Kampot pepper or Kampot pepper and salt – which makes it a very practical tool for cooking or seasoning dishes – right at the table.

This grinder is 23 centimeters tall and fits perfectly in your hand. For maximum practicality, each of its ends is equipped with a special lid, ensuring that the freshness of the pepper is always maintained and that no impurities can penetrate it.

Grinding mechanism

Inside the grinder there are two ceramic CeraCut® machines.

This is a technology developed in Germany that guarantees that the pepper and salt will always crushed with absolute perfection. The coarseness of the grind can be adjusted on each grinder, while the mechanism is capable of crushing peppercorns or salt crystals up to 5 millimeters in size.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments give the dish more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless peppercorns directly from the package into the chamber and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, don't forget to clean your Grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A simple cloth, brush, and a drop of olive oil are enough. Always keep the Grinder away from the sink and be careful when using it over steam as well.

Materials

For the production of this grinder, we used acacia wood with a perfect grain, which will become a decoration for any kitchen counter or dining table.

For this reason, we left the wood in its natural color and only treated it with a protective lacquer. We combined the wood with stainless steel, thereby ensuring the extreme durability of the grinder, which will last an eternity with proper care.
