Grinder fits perfectly in the hand, making grinding a simple but very precise process. You can combine Grinder with other types of wooden grinders so that you always have fresh Kampot pepper ready to grind on your kitchen counter.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic CrushGrind® grinding mechanism.

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right away at 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a 25-year warranty, which gives you the assurance that this Grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments give the dish more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless peppercorns directly from the package into the chamber and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, don't forget to clean your Grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A simple cloth, brush, and a drop of olive oil are enough. Always keep the Grinder away from the sink and be careful when using it over steam as well.
