Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic CrushGrind® grinding mechanism.

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right at14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by a25-year warranty, giving you the assurance that this Grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, thesharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, neveruse bare hands, but pour the restless peppercorns directly into the chamber from the package and assist yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget to regularly clean your Grinder.However, never use water or chemical agents for this purpose.A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil are enough.
