Types.. peppers

Black

A classic with a twist. A distinctive flavor with notes of citrus and camphor. It goes well with dark meat, pasta, or even eggs for breakfast.

Red

Ripe, sweeter pepper with a fruity aroma. It perfectly enhances vegetables, fish, seafood, sweet dishes, and drinks. A little gem for any kitchen.

Dark red

An explosion of fruity flavor and subtle spiciness. An extra rare, dark red version of red pepper for those who want something bold and intense.

White

The heart of black pepper. A delicate, creamy aroma, yet still pleasantly spicy. Excellent in sauces, soups, and with meat to enhance flavor.

Fresh

Green pepper with an intense flavor and notes of citrus, pine, and flowers. Excellent for cooking and experiments – juicy, aromatic, and lively.

Fermented

Green pepper softened by fermentation in a salty bloom. A milder, elegant flavor that blossoms on the tongue. Perfect with cheeses, meat, or simply on its own.

Lyophilized

Freeze-dried green pepper that has retained its freshness. Juicy, aromatic, ready to enliven any dish or sauce.

Why is Kampot pepper so exceptional

1.

Pepper plants grow in the heart of Kampot, where there is a unique microclimate and our farmers work from dawn till dusk.

2.

Every peppercorn is lovingly nurtured, harvested, and prepared for its journey
to Europe.

3.

Kung Sarith and Tov Bora explain in the video what their farm, pepper, and our collective support mean to them.
