Characteristic

Ethiopian coffee is ranked among the most popular African coffees.

Ethiopian coffee is among the most popular African coffees.
It is cultivated at high altitudes around 2,000 meters above sea level in the Sidamo region.
The combination of altitude, intense sunlight, and indigenous varietals contributes to its exceptional flavor profile.

Most coffee beans are harvested by hand and processed using traditional methods by small farmers who avoid the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Ingredients

Our Ethiopia is processed using the washed method.

Farmers handpick ripe cherries and deliver them to washing stations, where they are carefully sorted and dried on raised beds. Subsequently, fermentation and washing in clean water take place. The drying lasts approximately 18 days.
