Everything you have ever needed from us has been included in a single economical and ecological set that allows you to alternate the colors of pepper by simply unscrewing the grinding mechanism.

For maximum clarity, we have stored the pepper in glass containers, so you can grind its various colors during cooking without any limitation – quickly, clearly, and at any time.

Grinding mechanism

The mechanism is ceramic and patented by the best manufacturer of ceramic mechanisms in the world

- Danish CrushGrind® mills, which you also know from our other grinders. The unique placement of the mechanism 'upside down' ensures that no impurities land on your table. Adjusting the coarseness settings to your liking is a given.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness of the pepper, you affect its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper's flavor will be. On the contrary, larger fragments give the dish more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour the restless little balls directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. Also, do not forget to regularly clean your Grinder regularly clean. Never use water or chemical preparations for this. A rag is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep your Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully, even above steam.

This range of grinders combines glass with high-quality and aesthetic biocomposite material made from cellulose fibers based on wood from certified, sustainably managed forests. This material gives products a warm, natural and pleasant design suitable for any kitchen. It is also very resistant to soiling.

The material has a low carbon footprint, and unlike crop-based biomaterials, this biocomposite does not interfere with the food production chain. The set is delivered in a custom-made cardboard box measuring 25 x 16.5 x 6 cm. The Grinder itself has a height of 13 centimeters. Engraving cannot be performed on this set.
