Ingredients

Included in this set are also three basic vials of the individual types of Kampot pepper.

They differ from each other in taste and aroma, which are hardly found in pepper bought at ordinary supermarkets.

Black pepper After grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the aroma of lime peel. These gradually flow into a seaside aroma with emerging fruity notes. The dominant note is that of peach and nectarine, complemented by the scent of pine and the earthy tones of mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Rare Red Pepper It is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier sourdough bread crust.

White pepper It is a gentle, yet still peppery caress for the taste buds. After grinding it, aromas of camphor, sage, and cedarwood unfold, accompanied by a delicate aroma of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can detect notes of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm, underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Characteristic

We have placed everything you need to work with Kampot m of pepper into the box made of recycled cardboard.

Our design Package presents maximum luxury, sustainability, precision, the highest possible quality, and design, which you won't find anywhere else. Included in Package are three Scandinavian mills, three 70g test tubes with the basic types of pepper, which are enough for more than 400 servings of food, and it also comes with a practical test tube stand.

The set is maximally environmentally friendly thanks to the use of natural and recycled materials that meet the certification for sustainable forest management.Peppercorns exported to your table come from the production of small family farms. They approach growing pepper with honesty and traditional methods, which have been used in this field for hundreds of years.

We buy pepper from them on the fairest possible terms. During export, the peppercorns undergo multiple rounds of selection, which guarantees that your table receives the most authentic taste and aroma from Cambodia.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you affect its flavor profile.

The more smaller fragments, the sharper taste of the pepper will be. On the contrary, larger fragments impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the unruly little balls into the chamber directly from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. Also, don't forget to clean your Grinder regularly. Never, however do not use water or chemical preparations. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil will suffice. Always keep your Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully when operating it over steam.

Material

Grinder is made from natural wood, or alternatively combines a wooden head with a porcelain body.

All grinders have a unique wood grain design and also a special surface treatment, thanks to which they will last you for many decades. Porcelain grinders rely on the robustness and durability of porcelain, which stands in complete contrast to the solid wood from which the head is made.

We have stored the pepper in 70g test tubes made of Czech glass, which perfectly preserve the unique aroma and taste characteristics of peppercorns. The test tubes together with the grinders are stored in a box made of recycled cardboard with a special surface finish, thanks to which the entire set is also ideal as a gift. It is possible to have the box engraved with any desired text or image and thereby impart it with a distinctive style. We designed everything so that the box serves as a display hall for all the pepper treasures, for as long as you wish. Simply pull out the inner section. All materials are also easily recyclable and can be repurposed further under the principles of upcycling.

Milking mechanism

Also included in Package are three Scandinavian mills with a height of 17 centimeters, so you never have to deal with pepper spilling again.

The mills are offered either in the natural wooden variant made from light oak wood, dark brown walnut wood, and black-brown ash. For example, you can choose a modern ceramic version in the colors white, black, and red.

All the mills have a conical shape, which fits perfectly in your hand and a patented CrushGrind® mechanism with an attractive a 25-year warranty. By adjusting the grind size of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile. The smaller the fragments, the spicier the pepper will taste. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the distinct exotic notes of Kampot pepper to the dish.
