We chose the color of the mills so that you immediately know which one to grab when you need to grind black, red, or white Kampot pepper into your food.

Our natural mills are designed to become a decoration in your kitchen. Their shape is crafted to fit perfectly in every hand and prevent slipping. The head is pleasant to hold and provides a perfect response from the grinding mechanism hidden inside the mill. Create an uncompromising set with which you can grind every peppercorn and every salt crystal. You can also order a stand for the mills made of premium walnut wood as part of the set.

This set also includes three basic Package individual types of Kampot pepper, namely black, red, and white. They differ from each other in both taste and aroma, which you will hardly find in pepper bought in ordinary supermarkets.

Black pepper After grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme accompanied by the scent of lime peel. These gradually evolve into a direct aroma with emerging fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, complemented by hints of pine and the earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.

Rare red pepper It is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into flavors of dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread, begin to develop.

White pepper It is a gentle yet consistently peppery caress for your taste buds. After grinding it, the scents of camphor, sage, and cedarwood unfold, accompanied by a subtle aroma of nutmeg blossom, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in your mouth, you can discern hints of nutmeg, thyme blossom, and lemon balm underpinned by the aromas of cedar and black tea.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the grinder is the ceramic grinding mechanism CrushGrind®

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right in 14 degrees of coarseness. A warranty applies to the entire patented mechanism 25-year warranty, thanks to which you are assured that this Grinder something will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper flavor will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour the loose granules into the chamber directly from the package, and use a spoon or funnel to help you. Also, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep Grinder away from the sink, and handle it with care above the steam.

All three mills are made of selected natural wood.

Specifically from dark brown ebony, brown walnut, and light oak. Each Grinder has a unique wood grain and a special surface finish that will ensure each one lasts for many decades.
